 MEET YOUR COACH, JEN BENFIELD Â
Jen didn’t create Wiser & Well from a textbook. She built it out of necessity.
After twenty years running a successful marketing agency, she hit breaking point. Burnout, extreme stress and poor sleep collided with perimenopause, followed by an aggressive melanoma diagnosis, stage IV metastatic cancer and major personal upheaval.
Looking for answers, Jen turned to the science. She studied neuroscience, exercise physiology, nutrition, sleep science, female physiology, performance medicine and longevity science. She became certified in peak brain performance and health optimisation, using these tools to understand her own body, improve her health and develop the programmes she now shares with women across Australia.
