As a Certified Holistic Health Coach, I specialise in supporting women through mid-life transitions - focusing on hormone balance, gut health, and reclaiming the energy you thought was gone for good. My approach isn't about overhaul; it’s about making sensible, science-backed changes that fit into your real life.

Reset & Rise is a six-week group coaching programme for women in midlife who want education, structure, and a clear plan for managing their health. Grounded in female-focused, evidence-based health science, you’ll learn how to eat, move, sleep, and recover to support energy, strength, brain health, and long-term disease prevention, with a practical introduction to menopause and its impact on health span.

Jen Benfield combines evidence-based health strategy, behaviour change and life coaching into one integrated framework for women in midlife. Grounded in science and refined through years of real-world practice, The Midlife Reset was created to replace fragmented advice with a clear, trusted system that builds strength, clarity and long-term capability as life changes.
Jen leads this wellness group with the same evidence-led approach that underpins The Midlife Reset.
With training in neuroscience, exercise physiology, performance medicine, nutrition, sleep, blood biomarkers and female-specific physiology, and certification in peak brain performance and health optimisation, Jen integrates health science and behaviour change to help women build strength, clarity and confidence through midlife.
